Check-in and check-out
The standard check-in time is 14:00 hrs. Any early arrival is subject to availability. If a guest wishes to secure an early arrival a pre-booking from the previous night is required at an additional charge.
The standard check- out time is 12:00 hrs., any late check-out is subject to availability and additional charge.
Should a guest wish to check-out later than 18:00 hrs, 100% charge of the room rate occurs.
Extra Charges
Note: At this hotel guests 12 and under are considered children. All other guests are considered adults.
Extra rollaway: AED 50.00
Crib: No charge

Family Plan Policy
One child, aged 12 years or younger, can sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. A rollaway bed incurs a fee of AED 50.00. A crib can be provided at no additional charge.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room or check in.
ID Requirements
For security purposes, you will be asked to provide a photo ID at check-in.
As per UAE law please be advised that all guests staying at TRYP by Wyndham Abu Dhabi City Centre are required to present valid identification upon check-in, which may be either a passport, UAE Emirates I.D or a valid UAE driving license.

Please note that any change in your reservation may change the rate and/or require payment of cancellation fees.
For reservations guaranteed with a form of payment at time of booking, rooms are held until hotel check-out time the day following arrival. For reservations not guaranteed with a form of payment at time of booking, rooms are held until set cancellation time per the rules of the reservation. In the event of hotel overbooking or unforeseen circumstances, the hotel will relocate the guests, at its expense, at a comparable hotel in the area for the oversold night(s), and will pay for transportation to that hotel.

Early Departures
Upon check in, the guest will be asked to confirm the departure date. The guest may be able to change their departure date without a penalty if the rate plan permits and if done so at time of check-in. After reconfirming the departure date, if the guest decides to leave earlier, they may be charged an early departure fee. Please contact the hotel in case of any further questions.
Pets
Pets are not allowed into the hotel.
Visiting Hours
Visiting hour is from 10am to 10pm everyday. No visitor is allowed to stay in room after 10pm unless prior arrangement has been made. Fail to do so may incur extra charge.
Female visitors must register at the reception desk and are required to show proper identification.
